Terms of Service

By accessing or using ALGO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ALGO is an autonomous AI agent platform for lead generation, sales outreach, and revenue attribution. The Service includes signal detection, precision matching, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, voice), payment processing connections, revenue-share invoicing, phone/dialer capabilities, and an agentic commerce feed.

ALGO operates on a revenue-share licensing model. You pay only for revenue the platform helps generate — invoiced on a 5-day cycle (the “Facebook-Ads-style” invoicing model).

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data without lawful basis.
• Upload personal data of EU/UK residents without a lawful basis under GDPR.
• Use the Service to send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with security features or access the Service by means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent.

ALGO licenses the platform on a revenue-share basis. Specifically:

• Invoicing cycle: ALGO generates invoices every 5 days covering tracked revenue from your connected payment processors.
• Revenue-share percentage: The percentage ALGO invoices is determined by your licensing tier (45% for ALGO Pro, 75/25 split for Marketing Platform Partners, etc.). See the Pricing page for current tier terms.
• Customer-chooses-amount: Invoice checkout links support customer-chooses-amount up to a maximum of $999,999.99.
• Partial payments: Multiple partial payments accumulate toward the full invoice balance. The invoice flips to “paid” only when cumulative payments equal the amount due.
• Past-due access cut-off: If an invoice is past due and no payment has been received, your account is restricted to the Overview and Invoices pages until the full amount is paid. No data is deleted.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes applicable to revenue you generate. ALGO's share is calculated on gross tracked revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When you connect a payment processor, CRM, or other third-party service, you authorize ALGO to read and write data to that service on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to grant this authorization. ALGO is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

The Service, including all software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and content, is owned by ALGO, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload (“Customer Data”) and grant ALGO a limited license to use Customer Data to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SPECIFIC REVENUE OR LEADS WILL BE GENERATED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID ALGO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALGO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold ALGO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices, or pose a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
