We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party integrations.

• Account information: name, email, password (hashed), company name, role.
• Payment information: billing address, payment-method identifiers, and the API keys you connect to processors such as Stripe, PayPal, LemonSqueezy, and Paddle. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Lead and campaign data: contact records, scoring data, message content, channel engagement metrics you load into ALGO.
• Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ALGO platform.
• Process transactions and generate invoices for our revenue-share licensing model.
• Match lead and revenue data across connected processors, campaigns, and channels for attribution.
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect the security of our users.
• Send you transactional notifications, account updates, and (with your consent) product news.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers: sub-processors such as Stripe, Vercel, and our email-delivery vendors that process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Connected integrations: when you connect a third-party tool, we exchange data with that tool as required to perform the integration.
• Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ALGO, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access control, and continuous security monitoring. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure — we disclose material breaches in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Port your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK) or the California Attorney General (CCPA).

California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to non-discrimination. ALGO does not sell personal information.

ALGO is operated from the United States. If you access the service from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers. Our Data Processing Addendum includes the SCCs.

ALGO is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Financial records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notification.
