How the 5-day invoicing cycle works

📊
ALGO tracks your revenue

Your connected payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, LemonSqueezy, Paddle, Gumroad) report every sale in real time. ALGO matches each transaction to your leads, campaigns, and channels.

🧾
Invoice generated every 5 days

Following the ad spend model, ALGO rolls up your tracked revenue and generates an invoice equal to your licensing share. You receive the invoice in your dashboard with a customer-chooses-amount checkout link.

Pay any amount up to $999,999.99

Open the checkout link, pay any amount toward your balance — full, partial, or a custom figure. Your account is restored the moment the invoice is paid in full.

Licensing FAQ

What does "revenue share" actually mean?

ALGO only invoices you for revenue it helped generate through the platform. We never charge upfront fees, setup costs, or seat licenses. The processor API connection tracks every sale attributable to ALGO — that tracked revenue is the basis for your invoice.

Why a 5-day invoicing cycle instead of monthly?

Following the ad spend model, cash flow stays in sync with revenue. You never owe ALGO for a month you have not yet billed your own customers. 5 days is short enough to keep your books clean, long enough to avoid noise.

What happens if I cannot pay an invoice on time?

Access is restricted to the Overview and Invoices pages until the balance is cleared. No data is deleted, no campaigns are erased — the moment payment lands, every feature is restored.

Can I pay partial amounts toward an invoice?

Yes. Every payment is recorded as a separate charge against the invoice. As soon as the cumulative paid total equals the amount due, the invoice flips to paid and access is fully restored.

Do I need a payment processor to use ALGO?

You can start without one — ALGO will estimate revenue from campaign value projections. For real-time accurate billing, connect at least one processor (Stripe is the fastest path).

What is the Stripe Connect piece for Marketing Partners?

Resellers in the Marketing Platform Partners tier are paid their 25% of ALGO's fee via Stripe Connect — direct payouts, automatic tax form handling, and real-time earnings visibility.

What is the ALGOMob Customer Acquisition Partners model?

App developers integrate ALGOMob to power third-party brand networks. Buyer signal profiles are analyzed and matched to brand networks — ALGO takes 45% of brand sales, with 5% paid to the app developer via Stripe Connect.

How does ALGO Play & In-App Commerce work?

Developers selling in-app connect to ALGO's customer acquisition network. ALGO takes a 45% revenue share on in-app sales in return for distribution, tooling, and access to ALGO's warm lead/customer network.

How does the Books & News Showcase licensing work?

Publishers and news organizations license ALGO's customer acquisition AI Agent to monetize their content channels. ALGO takes 45% of channel revenue generated through the platform on a 5-day invoicing cycle.
